Summer Flowers Watercolour Workshop, 13 Jun 2026

£35.00

📍 The Waverley, 62-63 Market Pl, Chippenham SN15 3HG

Join me for a relaxed, creative afternoon of painting your dream landscape!

Celebrate the vibrancy of summer with your watercolours in this relaxed and creative Summer Flowers Watercolour Workshop. After running four fully booked flower workshops last year, this session is expected to fill up quickly, so early booking is recommended!

You’ll explore the colours, shapes, and textures of flowers in full bloom, learning how to capture their beauty in a painting that feels alive and joyful. We’ll cover watercolour techniques for petals, leaves, stems, and light, along with tips on composition and colour mixing, giving you the confidence to create a floral scene in your own style — whether loose and expressive or more detailed.

Fresh flowers and reference images will be on the table for inspiration, and you can choose to paint a single bloom, a few flowers, or a whole bouquet — the choice is entirely yours! I’ll be there to offer as much or as little guidance as you’d like, supporting you every step of the way.

This beginner-friendly, low-pressure workshop is all about enjoyment and experimentation rather than technical perfection. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with your own summer floral painting to frame, gift, or keep, along with an Introduction to Watercolour booklet to help you continue your painting at home.

We’ll have exclusive use of The Waverley’s spacious main upstairs room, and your ticket includes a complimentary drink of your choice.

All materials are provided (or you’re welcome to bring your own), and no prior drawing experience is needed — just curiosity, a love of flowers, and a willingness to experiment!
