1:1 Watercolour Workshop Experiences
Mindful creativity, personalised guidance, and time just for you
A bespoke watercolour workshop just for you
Enjoy a relaxed, one-on-one watercolour experience tailored just for you—an opportunity to slow down, find calm, and reconnect with your creativity.
Whether you’re brand new to watercolour painting or looking to improve your skills, each session is designed to meet you exactly where you are, offering gentle encouragement and support every step of the way.
It could be a treat for yourself, or you could make it a 1:2 session and bring a friend, partner, or family member. Either way, you’ll enjoy a gentle, joy-filled space to explore, create, and unwind. With undivided attention and personalised guidance, you'll walk away feeling supported, inspired, and more confident in your creativity.
Get in touch today to book your very own watercolour workshop experience!
This isn’t a pre-recorded class or a group where you might get lost in the mix. This is your time, focused entirely on your creative journey.
In a private 1:1 session, you’ll receive personalised guidance from start to finish. Every question is welcomed, and every challenge is met with gentle, helpful support.
Whether you're picking up watercolours for the first time, want to focus on a particular skill, or just enjoy some creative time out, a 1:1 session gives you that opportunity. We’ll work at your pace, so you feel encouraged and inspired throughout.
Each session is shaped around your interests and you get to choose what you paint. Before your session, I’ll ask if there are any themes or subjects you’d love to paint, and I’ll prepare accordingly. If you have something in mind, you’re welcome to bring a picture with you to use as a reference.
The benefit of 1:1 support
Each private watercolour workshop experience includes:
A relaxed, fully guided 2hr workshop tailored to your interests, pace, and experience
Gentle instruction in watercolour techniques, from simple washes and colour blends to layered texture and composition
Personalised guidance throughout to help you get the most out of the session
Use of all tools and materials you could need, including a Daler Rowney watercolour paint set, paintbrushes in a range of sizes and shapes, 300gsm watercolour paper, palettes, fine liners, pencils, erasers, and water jars
A printed copy of my Illustration to Watercolour booklet to help you continue painting afterwards
What’s included
If you’d like to continue painting after your session but save yourself the time and effort working out what you need and ordering supplies, I’ve curated my own set of all the essentials you need. My intention in offering this is to remove the barriers that might hold you back and make it as easy as possible to get going with this wonderful hobby.
Purchased separately, you could expect to pay £30-35 for the items included. I offer each set at £25, allowing you to get what you need at a reasonable price, take it all home with you the same day, and keep that momentum going rather than waiting for deliveries to arrive before you can paint again!
I’ve included what has worked for me since I began painting 5 years ago, and I’m confident you’ll love using them too!
Each set includes:
Daler Rowney 24-pan portable watercolour paint set, including a size 4 Daler Rowney paintbrush
2 additional round watercolour brushes (one larger, one smaller)
8 sheets of 5”x7” watercolour paper to get you started
Unipin 0.1mm waterproof fine line pen
Faber-Castell 2H sketching pencil
Faber-Castell eraser
Metal pencil sharpener
