Cancellation & Transfers
If you can no longer attend, please notify me by email at least 7 days in advance for a full refund, or a transfer to another event of equal value (subject to availability, one transfer per booking).
Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice will only be refunded or transferred if your space is rebooked by someone else. No refunds or transfers are offered for cancellations on the day of the event. Late transfer requests involving genuine extenuating circumstances may still be considered, at my discretion.
