What to Expect
We’ll begin with a gentle session of guided reflection and visualisation, where I’ll offer prompts and questions to help you explore what truly matters to you for the year ahead. You’ll have time to note down your thoughts and insights – threads of inspiration that will later flow into your painting.
Next, I’ll guide you through a brief watercolour tutorial, introducing key techniques and giving you space to experiment, play, and build confidence. From there, you’ll create your own vision board on A4 watercolour paper – an expressive artwork that captures your intentions and dreams for the months to come.
I’ll share examples to spark ideas and help you feel inspired as you begin, but there’s no right or wrong way to approach your piece. This is a space to trust your intuition, release perfectionism, and enjoy the creative process.
Expect a warm, mindful atmosphere filled with creativity, connection, and encouragement – a nurturing space to paint a year that feels authentically you.
Who It’s For
This workshop is for anyone drawn to mindfulness, creativity, and self-reflection; no artistic experience required.
You don’t need to “know how to paint”, just an openness to explore. Together we’ll weave the clarity of goal setting with the fluid, expressive flow of watercolour, engaging both imagination and intuition.
It’s a calming, heart-centred process that helps you connect inwardly while expressing outwardly; a mindful way to align your vision for the year with how you want to feel.
