Vision Board Watercolour Workshop

An afternoon of mindful creativity and soulful reflection

Join me for a relaxed and nourishing afternoon workshop where you’ll create your very own vision board in watercolour – a gentle blend of creativity, mindfulness, and intention-setting.

Instead of cutting images from magazines, you’ll paint your own vision – a piece of intuitive artwork that expresses your inner world and the year you wish to invite in. This is your chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters – to begin again, gently and creatively.

We’ll start with a guided reflection and visualisation exercise, where I’ll offer prompts and questions to help you explore what feels most important to you for the year ahead. You’ll be invited to jot down insights and intentions that will become inspiration for your painting.

Next, I’ll guide you through a short watercolour techniques tutorial, perfect for beginners and those wanting a refresh. You’ll have time to play, experiment, and then create your own A4 watercolour vision board – an expressive, heart-led artwork capturing your intentions for the months to come.

This workshop is for anyone drawn to mindfulness, creativity, and self-reflection – no painting experience needed. Through intuitive watercolour and gentle guidance, you’ll explore your aspirations in a calm, supportive space that nurtures both creativity and clarity.

All materials are provided, along with a complimentary drink from The Waverley.

Beautiful Buildings Watercolour Workshop

Saturday 21 February, 3-5pm

Join me for a relaxed, creative afternoon of painting your favourite building — whether it’s a cosy cottage, a grand old townhouse, a colourful street scene, or an iconic landmark that inspires you.

I’ll guide you through the essentials of painting buildings in watercolour — from sketching simple architectural shapes and mixing colours for brick, stone and sky, to adding light, shadow, and those small details that bring your scene to life.

You’ll leave with your own finished painting and a handy booklet of tips and techniques to help you keep practising at home.

All materials (and plenty of encouragement!) are provided, and everyone is welcome — whether you’ve never painted before or you’re looking to refine your watercolour skills. No experience needed, just curiosity and creativity!

Please bring a photo of the building you’d like to paint — printed or on your phone. It could be your home, a favourite café, a travel memory, or a street corner that catches your eye.

We’ll have exclusive use of The Waverley’s cosy upstairs snug room, and your ticket includes a complimentary drink.

    Kelly ran a fantastic watercolour workshop today. I thoroughly enjoyed it and found her personable, engaging and very friendly in the way she teaches. We had a great amount of time to accomplish a painting and it was a lot of fun!
